Youth Organization Pakistan (YOP) – Think Tank Submission Guidelines
YOP welcomes contributions from researchers, academics, policymakers, young professionals, and students who are passionate about shaping policy discourse and offering critical insights into national, regional, and global issues. We seek original, well-argued, and policy-relevant submissions that align with our mission of promoting youth-led policy research and advocacy. What We Publish
We welcome submissions in the following formats:
Op-eds (800–1200 words) are short, opinion-driven articles that discuss current affairs, policy issues, or emerging global trends.
Policy briefs (1200–2000 words) provide concise, evidence-based analysis along with practical policy recommendations. For those looking to contribute more detailed work.
Research Articles (2000–4000 words) are ideal for presenting original and in-depth research on topics such as international relations, governance, development, strategic affairs, climate change, technology, education, and related fields.
Book or Report reviews (800–1500 words) offer critical evaluations of recent publications in policy, international affairs, or development studies.
Youth Voices (600–1000 words) provides space for students and young writers to share personal reflections, community-based insights, or youth perspectives on pressing social and policy challenges.

Submission Requirements
- Originality: Submissions must be original and unpublished. Plagiarism and AI generated content will result in automatic rejection.
- Style: Use clear, concise, and accessible language. Avoid academic jargon. Use British English.
- References: Use hyperlinks within the text where possible. If citations are necessary, use APA or Chicago Manual of Style.
- Formatting: Submit your article in Word (.doc/.docx) format. Avoid PDF submissions.
- Author Bio: Include a brief author bio (max 100 words) with your current affiliation, area of expertise, and a high-resolution headshot (optional).

Editorial Process
- All submissions will be reviewed by our editorial team.
- We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, grammar, and alignment with our editorial policy.
- Accepted articles will be published under the author’s name with due credit.
